We are rolling friends! I have some updating to do for you guys! I foresee a lot of IVF posts in the near future so hang with me! We had a big appointment last Wednesday that really got things moving! Going into it I was so anxious to get things started and to stop just talking about it! I even told Josh that I would be mad if we left this appointment without paying for something! I definitely got my wish and more!

The appointment started out like all the rest of them had, talking to the doctor in his office. He went over some things we already knew and I was starting to get discouraged. Then things turned around, he started figuring out dates of procedures and when our transfer would be! Ah! Progress! He then processed to ask if I would be ok with doing some bloodwork and an ultrasound to make sure everything was good on my end!

Y’all I was way too excited for this ultrasound! I had never had one and it just gave me all the feels to see the part of my body where I hoped there would soon be a baby growing! He checked my ovaries and my uterus and said everything looked good! THANK GOODNESS! I asked Josh to snap a photo during this but all he got was me making the dumbest face before it even started haha! We will work on this! He was so amazed at the whole thing that he forgot. Needless to say, we felt this appointment feeling excited and a little shocked that things were gonna happen so fast.

Within the next couple of weeks, things are going to start happening. As always, I promise to share as much as I can with y’all so maybe if you happen to go through this too, you won’t feel so scared and alone! We are excited, nervous, anxious and SO ready to give this thing a try! Baby G may be here within the year!

We are calling all prayer warriors! We have our plan and timeline! It’s finally happening! We are praying that our faith and finances remain steady throughout this process!
