IKEA Haul

So, I may be a tad IKEA obsessed. As a young newly wed, I just can’t bypass their awesome prices! It gives us the ability to furnish our home without breaking the bank! You can find something from IKEA in just about every room of my house. I actually started collecting IKEA products when I moved into my very first apartment!

Today I am going to share my most recent haul with you! It wasn’t a huge one and was mostly things we needed for the house but nevertheless I am giddy over my new items!

First up is this ADORABLE decorative gold hourglass. I love the soothing sound it makes and it totally matches the vibe of our house! Here is the link https://www.ikea.com/us/en/catalog/products/60348620/

Next is this super useful “turner” but I would just call it a spatula. We make a lot of grilled cheese and pancakes and things that require flipping. Pun intended, turns out we only owned one spatula and it seemed to always be dirty when I needed it. So now I at least have two! https://www.ikea.com/us/en/catalog/products/80392985/

Okay, who doesn’t love candles?! How could you possibly walk by an entire section of candles and not just go over to smell them! This one just happened to be green and smell like apple and pear heaven so it went into the bag! BAM! https://www.ikea.com/us/en/catalog/products/30338689/

So know when you are moving into your first house and you just need the basics and you are buying a ton of things all at once and so you grab the cheapest option because you just spent all your money on the actual house? Yeah well, that’s what I did with my wash clothes and literally all of them have fallen apart! It is definitely time to start replacing them! Although these are still cheap, the quality is TEN TIMES better than what I have now. https://www.ikea.com/us/en/catalog/products/80405266/

Look at that beautiful green rug that this item is sitting on!! I am still all hearty-eyed every time I see it! Green is the color of my soul and so I must buy everything that is green. This rug included! But of course, I don’t want to bust my butt every time I step onto said rug so I got the grippy stuff that goes underneath it! https://www.ikea.com/us/en/catalog/products/80227877/?query=STOPP&icid=iba|us|unbxdsuggestion|201811132211556208_1

Holy Macaroni! If you haven’t tried Swedish chocolate then you haven’t truly lived! I refuse to ever leave IKEA without grabbing at least 2 bars! (My husband literally ate his whole bar as soon as I walked in the door with it.) Unfortunately, I can’t find the link to these bars! But just know you can get them at the check out area!

Last, but not least, I have a large vase that currently has Christmasy things in it like cranberry stems and cotton and so I needed something to put in it that was more springy! So green sea grass it is! I hope you are picking up on the theme of my life by now, GREEN! https://www.ikea.com/us/en/catalog/products/50099999/

The most highly featured thing and my favorite piece is this green rug! It is the perfect size for a spot in our bedroom and brings some color to a room of mostly neutrals. https://www.ikea.com/us/en/catalog/products/70203768/

If you live near an IKEA, I would highly recommend going to the store instead of ordering online because they have some GREAT prices that are in-store only! I also would suggest joining their IKEA family program for more awesome prices! I got all 10 of these items for only $48!
