I mean, you can’t argue with all those benefits! I would say we need to get out there and start moving! A lot of us fail to make ourselves a priority, especially during the holidays but we MUST! You are a better version of yourself when you fill your cup up first and that includes moving your body! Trust me! There are so many studies proving this! It can be as simple as going for a 30-minute walk daily. In the beginning, you will struggle to squeeze in this time for yourself, but once you see the amazing results, you will start making it more of a priority!
