New York City: Sights

Part two is finally here and it’s about all things sight! There is SO much to see in NYC. From people to buildings to bright lights and signs all over the place, there is a lot going on, always! It is the city that never sleeps after all. That was probably one of my favorite things about the city! I love to people watch and this place is a people watchers dream! So many sights to see, so little time!

Sights

There is not much green space in NYC but they make the most of what they do have!
We were in the city on the 4th of July!
This is the High Line! One of my favorite parts of NYC
It was a foggy morning but the view was still incredible!
We saw this sight a lot while we were visiting! The subway is by far the easiest way to get around!
Of course, we had to go see The Braves play since they were in town when we were!

We were in the city for only a couple days but we decided to cram in as much as we possibly could! We hit the ground running every morning bright and early! Around 3-4pm we would make our way back to our hotel room to shower/rest/enjoy the AC! Then hit the streets again to enjoy the evening!

With good planning, you can knock a lot of things off on the same day! We grouped things by location! That way we were not wasting time traveling from one side of town to the other!

Working for a Parks and Rec department myself, I have to share all the wonderful things that the NYC Parks Department is doing! I always recommend visiting a local park when traveling! They will often times be offering live music or other activities for a low cost or free!
