Boozy, bubbly, creamy, fruity beverages are a staple during the holiday season. Whether you’re at a party with friends or sitting on the couch watching “Christmas Story”, that hot cocoa topped with whipped cream and marshmallows may be hindering your healthy lifestyle.

Thankfully, beverages don’t have to be a cold weather deal breaker. It’s easy to create and enjoy healthier drinks this season.
