This past weekend Josh and I decided we wanted to get out of the house for a bit so we ventured up to Asheville for linner at Sierra Nevada! As we sat, enjoying yummy food, we randomly started sharing stories from our childhoods. This might sound silly, but it became a very fun conversation! We had the best day just being with each other!

So I just wanted to encourage you all today to try and start a quality conversation with your spouse or loved one. Not about the bills or big life decisions. Just fun bubbly conversation! It is insane (but so real) that we can live in the same space as someone for years and yet still not feel as connected as we want to!

To get you started, I have listed a few conversation starters to give you some ideas! Maybe talk during dinner instead of watching your show or just snuggle on the couch together after you get home from work and chat. I promise it will only make you feel more connected and happy!
