Our Wedding Attire & Decor

Oh boy, these two things were the most fun to plan for our wedding!! Between shopping for my dream wedding dress and picking out our colors, I was in heaven!

Wedding Attire

I fell in love with my dress the minute I put it on! There were a few things I wanted to add to it, but overall it was simply, elegant and comfortable! I ended up added some straps because I did not want a strapless dress to hitch up all day on my wedding day! I also added a beaded belt that was subtle but so lovely!!

I put my bridesmaids in a deep purple and it was such a beautiful contrast to all the green at our venue! My favorite was our flower girls dresses! My mother in law made them by hand and they are so darling! OH, I must mention that all the girls in the wedding wore Keds and I loved the look of them! All white of course! My shoes were actually a collab with Kate Spade x Keds! Rose gold sparkly!! AHHH!! I still have them and wear them regularly!

Josh wore a dark grey suit and looked so dashing next to his groomsmen who wore light gray suits! Josh, of course, had all the boys wear bow ties! *heart eyes* They all looked so studly!

The Decor

The decor was mostly floral, just the way I had always dreamed! Lots of greenery and sunflowers! (Sunflowers are my very favorite!) There were also purple flowers thrown in the mix! We kept the decor very simple because the venue was so beautiful already on its own!

We had a gift table, cake table, and guest book table set up through the venue! All decorated with purple and green flowers and sunflowers! There was also a wall dedicated to all our loved ones that we had lost and were not able to be with us on our wedding day. Pictures and mementos lined the shelves.
