Hi babes!! I am back and man does it feel good! I had such a wonderful maternity leave/holiday season (Halloween-New Years!) with my little family! But 2023 is here and what better way to come back than with a product review! Now before you roll your eyes, this product is on trend so stay with me! I recently made a switch. I had used the same pre-workout supplement for the last 5 years. While I do still love it, I was unable to keep getting it at a discounted price. So I figured now would be a good time as any to try a few others and see if there are any I like better. Well, I found a winner!
What makes a good pre-workout?
A few things are really important to me when it comes to pre-workouts.
- Taste/Flavor
- No Jitters!
- Acts fast
I want to enjoy my energy-giving juice before I start sweating! If it tastes gross, I’m out! I also like to mix my pre with some Liquid IV as well so the flavors need to blend well together.
I am not trying to be all jittery and shakey while it kicks in either. You know that feeling and if you are into that, we can’t be friends.
Last but not least, I need it to kick in quickly. Most of the time I am rushing around and make my pre only a few minutes before I get started. I don’t want it to take so long that my workout is over before I feel that jolt!
Now don’t get me wrong, taking a pre-workout before a sweat session is not absolutely necessary. However, I do find that if I drink my pre, I am more likely to get it done right then and there instead of putting it off or not doing it at all. So maybe it is more of a mind game, who knows. Regardless, I am here for it!

This pre-workout product checks all my boxes. It tastes great, has no jitters, and kicks in quickly! It’s great for all kinds of workouts. I notice a difference in my runs big time! The start of a run can be tough but it is easier to get going when I drink this prior. I personally really enjoy the Cosmic Stardust flavor! It also comes in energy drinks!
